BotLunar Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Prop Firm Studios, which operates and sells BotLunar.

BotLunar is owned by The Lunar Suite Pvt. Ltd. and Prop Firm Studios, and is part of The Lunar Suite family of products, founded and led by CEO Muhammad Abdullah.

By creating an account, starting a free trial or using BotLunar, you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and, where you bring member data, the Data Processing Agreement. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. When you buy a plan, Paddle is the seller of record for that payment, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and use BotLunar for business purposes to create an account or pay for a plan.

• You sign in with Discord and must give us accurate information.
• You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
• Keep your Discord account and your BotLunar two-factor login secure, and tell us at once at legal@botlunar.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Each workspace needs its own paid plan. One plan never covers more than one workspace.

BotLunar lets you send direct messages on Discord, through your own bots, to members of your own server who have opted in.

• Features, limits and allowances depend on your plan and are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
• Discord decides whether a message reaches a member. We report a message as sent when Discord accepts it. We never claim it was delivered or read, and we do not measure open rates.
• We may add, change or remove features to improve the service, as set out in section 16.

You create and own every bot you connect. BotLunar never provides or runs shared bots.

• You give us permission to use your bot's token only to run BotLunar for the server it is connected to. We store tokens encrypted.
• A bot may be connected to one server in one workspace only.
• A connected bot may not be used with any other tool or service at the same time. If we see signs that it is, such as the bot joining other servers or another connection using its token, we may stop that bot in BotLunar and alert you. We cannot detect every such use, and you remain responsible for it.
• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy. Discord may limit, suspend or ban your bot or account at its own discretion, and we are not responsible for Discord's decisions.

You may only message members with a recorded opt-in, and you are responsible for that consent being lawful where your members live.

• Opt-in basis. BotLunar records one of two bases: the member confirmed themselves, through an opt-in button, the welcome flow or by giving an email; or the member accepted your server's rules screening containing your marketing wording, stored exactly as shown.
• Our recommendation. The member's own opt-in button is the recommended default for every server. Consent bundled into server rules is weaker, especially for members in the EU and UK. If you choose it, you must confirm in your dashboard that you take full responsibility for its legality.
• Unsubscribing. Every promotional message carries an unsubscribe button and link that work immediately. You must not remove, hide or work around them, and you must not message anyone who has unsubscribed.
• Limits. Each plan has a frequency cap per member, and quiet hours apply where a time zone is known. You must not try to bypass them.
• No imported lists. You must not message people who have not opted in through BotLunar or whose consent you cannot prove.

You are fully responsible for your content and for how you use BotLunar.

• That includes every claim, offer, discount code, link and image you send, and following the advertising and financial promotion laws that apply to you and your members.
• You must not promise guaranteed profits, risk-free trading or similar outcomes.
• BotLunar's compliance and spam warnings are guidance only. They do not review your content legally or make it compliant.
• You will compensate Prop Firm Studios and The Lunar Suite Pvt. Ltd. for any claims, fines, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your content, your use of BotLunar, or your breach of these terms or the law.
• We may remove content or stop a campaign that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown for your server size when you buy.

• Plans: Lunar Weekly and Lunar Daily for servers up to 50,000 members; Lunar Enterprise, at an agreed custom price, above that.
• Payment: Paddle processes every payment and handles taxes, receipts and invoices. Prices may exclude taxes, which Paddle adds where required.
• Server growth: if your server grows past your plan's tier, we will tell you and move you to the right tier from your next renewal.
• Price changes: we give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect, and it applies from your next renewal.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails, we will tell you. If it is not fixed, we may pause sending and then suspend the workspace.

Lunar Weekly comes with a 7-day free trial that turns into a paid plan automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

• A payment card is required to start the trial. Before you enter it, we show the exact end date and time and the amount you will be charged.
• We remind you about 2 days before the charge, in your dashboard and by email.
• You can cancel the trial at any time from your dashboard, and you will not be charged.
• During the trial you can message up to 5,000 members in total.
• One trial is allowed per Discord account, per server and per payment card. To prevent repeated trials we use signals including a scrambled form of your IP address, deleted after 90 days.

Your plan renews automatically; you can cancel at any time, and you can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, through Paddle.

• Cancelling. Cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
• Refunds within 14 days. You can request a refund within 14 days of any payment at paddle.net, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle, as merchant of record, decides each request under its Refund Policy.
• Use of the service. If you have used BotLunar since that payment, for example by sending messages to members, starting a campaign or automation, or exporting data, a refund may be partial or refused. Test sends to your own account don't count as use.
• After 14 days. Paddle may still review a request case by case, but a refund isn't guaranteed.
• Your legal rights. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including withdrawal rights in the EU and UK. At checkout, Paddle may ask you to confirm that the service can start straight away.

We may give a workspace free months in writing, for example for a pilot or partnership.

• At the end of the free period, the workspace moves to the agreed paid plan automatically unless you cancel first.
• We remind you before the first charge.
• A free period has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

We may pause sending or suspend a workspace immediately when there is a real risk to members, to Discord's trust in your bots, or to BotLunar.

• Reasons include breaking these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, a sudden rise in unsubscribes or complaints, unpaid fees, a security threat, or a legal requirement.
• Where the law allows, we tell you why and what you can do to fix it.
• You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We aim to complete deletion within 7 days and always within 30 days.
• When a workspace closes, sending stops. We keep only what the Privacy Policy describes: billing records for 10 years, and a minimal record of who unsubscribed so they are never messaged again.

For your own account data we are the controller; for your members' data you are the controller and we process it on your instructions.

• The Privacy Policy explains how Prop Firm Studios handles your account, billing and usage data.
• For member data you bring, such as Discord member details, opt-in records and captured emails, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
• You must have a lawful basis for that data and give your members any notices the law requires.
• The service providers we use are listed on our public providers page.

BotLunar relies on other services, and their own terms apply when you use them through us.

• These include Discord, Paddle, Klaviyo if you connect it, and Anthropic for AI-drafted replies. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions.
• AI-drafted replies are suggestions only. They are never sent automatically: a person on your team reviews, edits and sends them. Drafts can be wrong, so check them before sending.
• Only the conversation needed for a draft is sent to the AI provider, and we do not allow it to be used to train AI models.
• AI drafts have monthly limits per plan and spending limits per workspace.

We own BotLunar; you own your content.

• BotLunar's software, design and brand, and The Lunar Suite's names and marks, belong to their owners. While your plan is active, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BotLunar for your own business, or for your clients through BotLunar's agency features.
• You give us permission to host, process and send your content only to provide the service to you.
• You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or build a competing product from BotLunar.
• If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

We work to keep BotLunar available and reliable, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.

• We may pause the service for maintenance and will try to do so at quiet times. Live status is shown on our status page.
• Uptime commitments apply only where agreed in a written Lunar Enterprise agreement.
• We may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what your plan includes, we give you at least 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

BotLunar is provided as it is, and we make no promise about the results you will get from it.

• We do not guarantee sales, revenue, sign-ups, reach or delivery of any message.
• Discord, not BotLunar, controls whether messages reach members.
• Nothing in BotLunar, including templates, guides and AI drafts, is legal, financial or trading advice.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for BotLunar in the 12 months before the claim.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or actions taken by Discord or other third parties, including bans of your bots or account.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms, and we give at least 30 days' notice of any significant change.

• Notice comes by email and in your dashboard, with a summary of what changed.
• If you keep using BotLunar after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, cancel before then.
• We record which version of the terms you accepted and when.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Faisalabad, Pakistan, decide any dispute.

• Before going to court, please contact legal@botlunar.com so we can try to resolve the issue within 30 days.
• If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you that cannot be removed by agreement.
• These terms may be translated. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
