Can members reply to campaign DMs?
Yes. Members reply the same way they reply to any DM, and the reply lands in your BotLunar inbox.
Who does my reply come from?
From the bot that sent the campaign, with its name and avatar, so the member sees one continuous conversation.
What happens when a member types unsubscribe?
They are flagged as unsubscribed and removed from every future campaign, and you can see that in the thread.
Does replying count toward frequency caps?
Frequency caps limit how many campaigns a member receives. Answering a member who wrote to you is a conversation, not a new campaign.
