Straight from Discord
Delivered means Discord accepted the DM. Failed means it did not. That is the whole story, told honestly.
Explore the analytics
Stop guessing what happened after you press send. BotLunar reports what Discord actually said about each DM: that it accepted it, that it refused it and why, or that it is still queued. There is no open rate here, because Discord does not report one to anybody and a number we invented would be worse than none.
96.3% of attempted DMs accepted by Discord so far. Accepted is not the same as read, and nothing here pretends otherwise.
Why analytics on BotLunar
Every figure comes from Discord's own response to each DM. Nothing estimated, nothing inflated.
Delivered means Discord accepted the DM. Failed means it did not. That is the whole story, told honestly.
See the reason behind failures, like members who closed their DMs, so you can fix what is fixable.
Watch the estimate update live, before and during every send, including when Discord asks us to slow down.
Delivery history for each campaign, so you can compare sends over time.
See who opted out after each campaign and keep your messages worth receiving.
No invented reach, no guessed open rates. If Discord does not report it, we do not pretend to know it.
How it works
See the expected finish time before you send, worked out from your audience and the pace of the bots sending it.
Sent, refused and still waiting all update while the campaign runs, along with the finish time.
Review the history, understand failures and make the next campaign sharper.

No. Discord does not report when a DM is read, so we do not invent a number. We show what Discord actually confirms.
A DM is delivered when Discord accepts it for the member. If Discord rejects it, it is counted as failed with the reason.
From the members left to message and the pace of the bots carrying the campaign, which is the sum of their individual paces. It updates as the send goes, including when Discord asks one of them to wait.
Yes. Every campaign keeps its delivery history so you can compare results over time.
